Manaruko: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat, so-called as Jurnal Manaruko,is a scientific journal published by Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP). Manaruko is a term used to describe the ancient Minang practice of opening and cultivating new land for fields, agricultural, or housing. It implies sustainable development to improve the human life quality. The term is used in this journal to represent various of activities aimed at improving the quality of human resources through sustainable development.It entails a wide range of activities aimed at dealing with and managing various potentials, problems, constraints, and challenges in improving the welfare of society.
Jurnal Manaruko disseminates conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in community service activities to improve sustainable development. It covers community service activities in education, human development, business economics, management, entrepreneurship, social humanities, increasing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), tourism, applied technology, and other fields that contribute to sustainable development.All of these study are relevant to the Master of Economics Education-Economic Faculty UNP, who manages this journal.
