In Pamekasan Regency, the open unemployment rate rose to 1.74% in 2023, predominantly driven by high school and university graduates. Concurrently, despite Klampar Village's reputation as a "Batik Village" with 1,300 artisans, the younger generation is increasingly abandoning this craft. To address this issue, this community service program aimed to foster economic independence among Gen Z through a batik edupreneurship training that integrates technical skills, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and digital literacy. Employing Participatory Action Research (PAR), the program engaged 15 Gen Z participants through three phases: baseline survey, training, and evaluation. Consequently, 85% of participants successfully crafted a basic batik piece independently, and 70% intended to pursue it as a productive hobby or home business. Ultimately, the program transformed Gen Z into active producers, establishing a youth artisan community committed to sustainable batik preservation.
